In 1997, Kelly was managing the Public Works Department at the City of Pullman and working on her degrees in Business Management and Human Resources from Washington State University. In 2000, she left Pullman to return to New York to be with her college sweetheart, Kevin Flynn (NV Class of '86). She and Kevin married in 2001, and their son, Aidan, is 4. Kelly manages the business end of Kevin's law practice in Waverly, while running her own business as a health & wellness consultant and make-up artist specializing in weddings. Kelly plays summer softball, reads and travels (on business and of course with her family).
